A modern take to this suburban home originally built in a stamped progression in the 1980s. With good bones, it was time to give her a new unique idenity.

All internal plasterboard on the walls and ceilings where replaced, along with new plumbing and electrics. The living area was fitted with large doors and windows for cross ventilation and the concrete floors where exposed and polished. The front yard was enclosed to maximise the usuable land and the urban luxe colour palette was very progressive for the time.

When the home was later sold it achieved a record sales price within the street.
